Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ask that you respect ours too. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours in advance to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. Please refrain from cancelling and rescheduling at a short notice as doing so is not enough time to fill that missed spot. If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. 


Missed appointments without notice is unacceptable and you will be charged. Please note that missed appointments and cancellations are not covered by insurance or ICBC.


Cancellations and reschedules can be done by calling at (604) 498-6889. If we are not available to answer your call, leave a message or send an email at arcadiawellness9@gmail.com.


Additionally, lateness may result in less treatment time for your appointment, so please be on time!

Covid-19 Safety Protocol

Arcadia Wellness is currently open during the Covid-19 pandemic. During these uncertain times, we are focused on maintaining the health and safety of our patients and staff. In order to follow proper safety protocols, we have made some changes that is important for the sake of yourself and others. 


  1. Please wear a face covering at all times when in the waiting area.
  2. Let us know if you are feeling unwell or may have been in contact with someone who is Covid-19 positive.
  3. We advise that you arrive to your appointment at the correct time (coming in too early may result in overcrowding in the waiting area). 
  4. Clients may have the option to purchase sheets from us which can be brought home to wash and be returned to use each time for the appointment.


On our behalf, we promise to do our best to keep our client's feeling as safe and comfortable while in our vicinity. All rooms and areas are frequently sanitized and cleaned after every visit.
